Welcome to The Collaborative

We are a private, statewide nonprofit organization serving all of North Carolina. The Collaborative is the lead agency for the North Carolina Saves campaign and works at the statewide level and in communities to implement and promote strategies to build economic security for North Carolina families. We are funded by public and private sources.

Creating Impact

Children’s Savings Accounts
Now in its sixth year, Learn to Earn is a financial capability program for youth and an adult in their household. This two generation approach encourages youth and fosters money conversations at home. Over the past five years, we have served over 200 youth and adults in Southeast Raleigh. 100% of the youth sets goals and approximately 53% open new savings accounts and begin to save for the first time. Contact donna@cultureofsavings.org for more information.
